Conference of Deans and Directors

Last May, The ETSI de Ingenieros de Montes organized the first Conference of Deans and Directors of European Forestry Schools and Faculties (CDDEFE).

Last May,the ETSI de Ingenieros de Montes organized the first Conference of Deans and Directors of European Forestry Schools and Faculties (CDDEFE).

More than 21 European countries are taking part of this Conference, whose main objective is to establish an official forum. Educational programs and experiences can be interchanged to improve  the forest academic and research quality in Europe, considering the priorities and means needed to fulfill this objective. 

Another objective is to transmit to people in general, Educational Institutions and Administrations the results obtained with this initiative and short and long term needs, so that European education systems become more efficient  and convergent in Europe.
